She became a U.S. Citizen in November of 2000. That same year she began playing softball. Riley’s first day on the practice field she fell in love with the game of softball and that has not changed over the years. Riley is starting her second season of Travel Softball with the Hurricanes organization where she is a pitcher for the 14U team. Riley takes pitching lessons from Coach Becky Stenning and hitting lessons from Coach Anne Vogt at Fox Valley Sports Acadmey.<br /><br />“Riley is an extremely dedicated softball player. Not only does she take lessons and continue to improve all aspects of her game she also works very hard outside of lessons on technique and form which is the key to becoming a great player” says Coach Vogt .<br /><br />FUN FACTS: When Riley is not pitching she enjoys playing left field.
